Mixed Tapes

Having been a baby of the 80’s I can proudly say I have taken full advantage of all playlist creation methods over the years. Instead of cleaning my room as a kid I would sit and listen to my boombox patiently waiting for my favorite songs to come on so I could quickly press down on the record button in an effort to capture “my” music. Then, in high school, burning CD’s on my parent’s computer and taking advantage of the very short-lived technology trend of Mini Discs. In college, it was Napster, LimeWire and MP3 players. Now, it’s Apple Music, Pandora, Amazon Music, Spotify, etc etc. Is there anything better than a great playlist? I declare, there is NOT!

And so, here are three playlists for the people out there who are working through a wide range of emotions. I hope they take you somewhere. (For full effect, listen in this order.)
